Griffiths Technical Ltd is a Domestic and Commerical business which offer electrical, plumbing, heating, facilities, maintenance & security services. As a fast-growing business, their existing website which was homemade didn’t do the business justice, so they got in contact with us at Utopia.
After multiple meetings, we outlined what the new business website needed to include to correct display this great business online. Griffiths Technical already had an excellent branding structure for the company, which included different logo designs for each service the business offers. Therefore we incorporated a dynamic logo which when you hover or select a service from the main menu, the logo instantly changes.
Following the dynamic logo, we spent a significant amount of time creating an interactive banner which displaying a house cross-section which each element within the house selectable which takes the user to that desired service. This banner is also responsive to each size device it was viewed upon which was extremely important as all websites we create are mobile responsive due to Google guidelines.
As a high-level service provider, it’s critical to display the recent projects the business has completed; therefore, we created a dedicated section of the website for past work. This library of the previous project is displayed clearly on the homepage, and each service page has a gallery of the work recently completed within that specific service.
Finally, the main purpose of the website for Griffiths Technical was to increase lead generation; therefore, we incorporated a pop-up quote request form throughout the website. The reason we wanted to use a pop-up form is, so the user was never taken to a new page and made it easier and simpler for the user to enter their requirements and details.
