How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery normally takes 3 to 5 working days. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.

Can I use products from my first order and return them?
Yes. Your first website order comes with 60 days to use products from every category. See the First Order Trial page for the full conditions.

How long do I have to return an unused product?
There is no time limit as long as the product is unused and has its tags attached. Returns are free in the first year. After one year, a 15% handling fee applies.

Can I exchange before sending the original back?
Yes. An eligible replacement can be released before the original reaches us. See Delivery, Returns and Exchanges for the conditions.

What happens if something is damaged, missing or wrong?
Contact us once with your order number, a short description, and a photograph where relevant. We will arrange an immediate replacement.

Can I return an Amazon order through UTOPIA?
No. Purchases through Amazon or another retailer must be returned through that retailer.
